1. Welcome to Our Wholesale Family! Delighted to have you as part of our journey. We’re committed to a partnership that’s not only beneficial but also respects our planet.

2. Sustainable Practices:

• All cards are printed to order, ensuring no wastage and contributing to our commitment to sustainability.
• Our printing partner is one of the UK’s leading greeting card businesses, FSC certified, and operates from a solar-powered warehouse.
• As we don’t carry stock, it allows us to reduce waste and be more environmentally conscious.

3. Placing Orders:

• Due to our print-to-order model, please anticipate a delivery time of approximately 7-10 working days.
• Orders can be placed on our website, via email (to [email protected]) or via Purchase Order. Basically…get in touch if you’re not sure.
• Once an order is placed and forwarded to our printer, it becomes final and cannot be cancelled, as we are then liable for the cost.

4. Product Pricing and Packs:

• Cards are individually priced on the site, but we only sell in packs of 6 of each design
• Minimum order value (exc any delivery costs) is £72 (60 cards)

5. Delivery & Shipping:

• Free delivery in the UK for orders £120 and over.
• A £7 postage charge for orders under £120.

6. Packaging Options:

• Standard packaging is ‘naked’ cards with envelopes. For alternative options, contact us directly (additional costs may apply).

7. Product Specifications:

• Each card measures 150mm square, blank inside, printed on high-quality FSC board in the UK.

8. Payment Terms:

• Typically 30 days. Proforma for new accounts.

9. Returns & Reporting Issues:

• Report any missing cards or damages within five days of receiving the order for resolution.

10. Privacy & Data Protection:

• Your privacy is paramount. We comply with data protection laws to keep your information secure.
