About Green Ribbons

Empowering Scotland to prioritise mental health through transformative training

We believe in empowering individuals and communities throughout Scotland to create a mentally healthier future by providing accessible, evidence-based mental health education and support. We are committed to breaking down stigmas, fostering compassionate environments, and equipping people with the tools they need to nurture resilience and positive mental well-being

We believe that Mental health is as important as physical health, and that mental health should be given the same attention, care, and resources as physical health, as both are integral to overall well-being.

We believe that Education and training are key to breaking stigmas: By providing accessible and engaging mental health education and training, we aim to break down stigmas and misconceptions surrounding mental health issues and create more compassionate, supportive environments.

We believe in Empowerment through knowledge: Equipping people with the skills to recognise and respond to mental health concerns in themselves and others can foster resilience, promote early intervention, and ultimately, save lives.
