Anxiety
A three-hour module exploring anxiety, common signs and triggers, practical coping approaches and ways to support someone who may be struggling.
Training to help people notice changes that may suggest someone is struggling and feel more confident deciding when and how to offer support.
There is rarely one clear sign that tells us someone is experiencing mental health difficulties. Changes in behaviour, mood, communication or everyday routines can have many explanations, and people do not always say when something is wrong.
The aim is not to diagnose someone. It is to become more aware of changes, know when it may be helpful to check in and feel better prepared to have a supportive conversation. The courses below approach this from different perspectives, including general mental health awareness and particular mental health difficulties.
